This week's shoutout goes to Senior Vice Tonya Launsby who picked up the slack for me in West Tennessee as I had an important family function to attend to this past weekend and I have a flight to DC for a meeting with Senator Hagerty and his senior staff. I will be attending every District Convention in the East, but for those who haven't hear my speech, give a listen.

Membership
We're now at the 91.33%. Remember, membership is the lifeblood of our organization and we can no longer afford to keepo sliding in the wrong direction. This isn't a point the finger at department moment, this is where the Post leadership need to step up.

Be The One Mid-South Roundup
The Be The One Mid-South Roundup a GO, but we need way more participants and volunteers to show up and assist. This could be a premier event every year that people from all over pilgrimage to, but not if we don't step up now. This event will be canceled in a couple of weeks if this doesn't change.
